Transforming Grief Through Contemplative Photography

Contemplative photography can be an invaluable tool for individuals who are struggling to effectively integrate their experiences of grief and loss into their daily lives. Learning to intentionally pause, genuinely notice, reflect deeply, and create meaningful images can inspire a heightened sense of confidence, resilience, gratitude, clarity, and even wisdom in the healing process.

Open to anyone who has experienced or who is currently navigating a significant loss, this insightful class thoughtfully explores the concept of grief through the powerful medium of photography.

Guided steps, along with weekly photographic explorations, lead participants through a transformative healing journey aimed at helping them discover authentic meaning and lasting peace amidst their sorrow.

This class is great for photographers, artists at heart, or the curious wanting to explore the symbiotic relationship between contemplative practice and photography.  You can use whatever camera that is available to you, including your cell phone.
