The Gentle Art of Beginning Again
We cannot change yesterday, but we can love differently today.
Whatever we have done, or failed to do, in the past need not determine our future. The past may have shaped us, but it does not have to define us. Every moment offers the possibility of beginning again.
Worrying about yesterday or fearing tomorrow has a way of making us older than we really are. Life is unfolding here and now, quietly inviting us to let go of what might have been and embrace what still might be.
My go-to mantra is a simple question: βAll things considered, what is the most loving response to this moment?β Perhaps that is enough.
